- All Accounts Payable and Receivable,
- Processing Payroll and Certified Payroll Reporting,
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Tax Filings,
- Reconciling Account Statements,
- Processing Licenses and Certification Renewals,
- Maintaining Accurate Records
- Year-end closeout duties and other Financial Reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounting degree or relevant certification
- 1+ years experience with Sage 100 Contractor
- 3 years experience with Prevailing Wage or Public Works
Requirements:
- Pre-employment screening: background check and credit check
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Accounting Software,
- Knowledgeable with standard accounting practices and office procedures,
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365 Suites
- 5 years experience with QuickBooks
- 5 Years Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivables, and using a general ledger
- 2 years of experience with Adobe
