The Full Charge Bookkeeper will play an integral role in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and various office duties, ensuring smooth financial operations and excellent customer service.
Overview of the role: Full Charge Bookkeeper- Manage accounts payable, including entering payables, processing payments, reconciling credit card statements, and maintaining vendor records.
- Handle accounts receivable tasks such as preparing and reconciling billings, processing cash receipts, issuing credit memos, and managing customer accounts.
- Oversee credit applications, perform credit checks, and resolve customer account issues through effective communication.
- Provide office support, including answering customer inquiries, updating records, and collaborating with management on new policies and procedures.
- Engage professionally with clients, offering solutions aligned with company policies, and performing additional duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: Full Charge Bookkeeper- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in full-charge bookkeeping, with a strong focus on AP, AR, and credit management. Familiarity with accounting software is essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
