Job Description:
We are a headhunting firm seeking an experienced Recruiter within the engineering sector to join our team. As a Recruiter at Flowtec Group, you will be responsible for finding the right talent for our external clients. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, but you will also collaborate with our business development team to ensure that we can fill our clients' positions as efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates for our clients' positions in engineering.
- Screen and interview potential candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Write compelling job ads to attract top talent.
- Work closely with our Business Managers to understand our clients' needs and fill their positions quickly and effectively.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including making job offers and negotiating salary packages.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of finding and placing top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when it comes to finding and attracting top talent.
