Are you a recruiting professional with a passion for the trades and construction industry? Do you excel in cold calling and building relationships with technical schools and vocational programs? If so, TurnPoint Services wants you to join our team as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter in Charlotte, NC.

In this hybrid role, you'll have the opportunity to manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring top talent, while traveling 30% of the time to attend job fairs, hire events, and engage with key industry schools. What You'll Do:

• Manage the recruitment process for trades and construction roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Master the art of cold calling and direct recruiting to attract top talent.
• Host and run hiring events to engage with potential candidates.
• Build relationships with technical schools and vocational programs to keep our talent pipeline strong.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Full Life Cycle Recruiting experience in the Trades/Construction industry.
• Cold calling and direct recruiting expertise.
• Experience hosting hiring events and engaging candidates.
• Strong ability to build relationships with technical schools and training programs.
• 30% travel commitment.
