- Week 1:
- Onboarding with a dedicated buddy on Day 1
- Setting up your local environment and passing end-to-end tests by Day 2

Role Overview: As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be a critical part of the team responsible for client-facing features. You will work closely with Product and User Experience teams to shape, design, deliver, and run features that differentiate the product for clients. The role demands the ability to work in a cross-functional team, meet velocity needs, and take ownership of outcomes across the technology stack. Key Responsibilities:
- Build product features end-to-end, from web UI to services back end.
- Help shape the engineering culture of the company.
- Influence early technology and implementation choices.
- Evaluate and integrate critical third-party software and infrastructure, including payments and mobility stacks.
- Challenge the team to automate, improve processes, simplify, and raise the bar for quality.
Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of experience working with first-class engineering teams, with a proven track record of delivering quality software to production.
- Experience with server-side programming, various databases, messaging, REST, and APIs.
- Proficiency in modern web development, including JavaScript/TypeScript, component libraries, and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Next.js).
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams, collaborating with product and design.
- Hands-on knowledge of developing applications in the cloud (preferably AWS).
- A pragmatic approach and the ability to get things done.
- A passion for building amazing products for customers.
- The ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside high-energy, mission-driven colleagues.
