Software is a core component of our business and we are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to play a critical role in developing and refining our applications to better meet our customers' needs while growing our business.
Objectives
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our applications and work across the full stack to enhance and expand our applications
- Develop new features and infrastructure to support business and customer requirements
- Collaborate with team members to identify ways to improve our applications and development workflow
- Build on existing skills to take on additional development related tasks in areas such as continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), monitoring, support, testing, automation, data analysis
- Help improve development standards by introducing new patterns and best practices
Responsibilities
- Work primarily in C# (.NET) and JavaScript (React, React Native)
- Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
- Participate in our peer review process by providing and taking thorough, constructive feedback and collaborating with teammates to improve code quality
- Provide input into strategies, architectures, and approaches to build, implement, and improve new and existing solutions
- Collaborate with and assist peers as needed
Required skills and qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full stack development
- Strong experience with C# (.NET) and JavaScript (React, React Native)
- Understanding of cloud development principles and patterns
- Familiarity with the core tenets of Agile development practices
- Self-organized and collaborative team player
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science
- Experience with Azure, Kubernetes, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code
- Domain experience with WMS, OMS or Logistics
- iOS development experience
- Interest in learning new tools, languages, and workflows
Compensation and benefits
- Salary Range:$110,000 - $125,000
