Overview:
We are seeking two Full Stack Engineers to join our team and support the implementation and adoption of code generation tooling (Codeium) across our DevOps Engineering space in the upcoming year. The ideal candidates will be passionate about both technical innovation and mentoring others. In this role, you'll work closely with development teams, creating standardized solutions and templates, enabling developers to leverage Codeium efficiently, and contributing to the growth of our platform engineering efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain platform engineering solutions for the Codeium platform.
- Create reusable templates and boilerplate code that will become standardized patterns across Humana.
- Partner directly with Humana developers, providing hands-on support and guidance in effectively using code generation tooling.
- Develop training materials and provide Q&A support to help teams onboard and adopt new tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption of Codeium tools.
Qualifications:
- Strong full-stack development experience (front-end and back-end).
- Familiarity with .NET, Java, or Python (Humana's primary tech stack).
- Prior experience or knowledge in Generative AI technologies or code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills, with a passion for helping others learn new technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable software solutions.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to quickly learn and teach new tools and technologies.
