Role Overview: We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Product) with design experience to join our talented team. In this role, you'll drive the development of our core systems, collaborating across the stack to create robust, scalable solutions. You'll work closely with product teams to define features, lead end-to-end project planning, and ensure high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full stack applications, with a primary focus on Product Experience
• Create innovative InsurTech products using our internal tech stack
• Craft and maintain complex React applications
• Be an integral part of product team to define and shape new features
• Ensure high availability and performance of our systems
• Develop report interfaces and data feeds to support business requirements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular progress reports
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and tailor solutions
• Spearhead training initiatives to foster knowledge sharing

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development, with strong frontend expertise
• Experience with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, Tailwind)
• Knowledge of module federation and micro-frontend is a plus
• Figma experience
• Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Experience with RESTful APIs and micro-services architecture
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
