Job Description:As a Full Stack .NET Application Developer, you will be a critical member of a small team responsible for the full application development lifecycle. You will design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge applications using the latest Microsoft technologies, delivering high-quality solutions to meet both customer and internal business needs. This role involves active collaboration, problem-solving, and providing technical support to ensure the success of the team and the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Design, develop, and test software solutions adhering to established standards and best practices.
- Create and optimize stored procedures and functions using SQL Server.
- Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.
- Develop, refine, and enhance integrations between applications.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless functionality and reliability.
- Deliver solutions on-time while adhering to high-quality development principles.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve application performance and user experience.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience developing web-based applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET (Web Forms/MVC and .NET Core).
- Proficiency in .NET versions 4.6, 5.0, and 6.0 or greater.
- Advanced JavaScript skills, including experience with jQuery and AJAX.
- Experience with responsive web design using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures and functions.
- Familiarity with Web Services, WCF, and Web API (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with source control software, including branching and merging.
- Understanding of Oracle T-SQL, stored procedures, and views (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Web Services/WCF/Web API.
- Familiarity with Oracle databases and their integration into applications.
- Proficiency in source control systems like Git or similar platforms.
