Ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years working in a high performance environment communicating with traders, product managers, QA and senior management. Understanding of TCP, UDP or other financial messaging protocols is highly desirable. % breakdown initially will be 40% React, 60% core Java and going back and forth on %'s depending on need of the system and stage in the project. Team needs a senior UI engineer so if the candidate has Python/Scala, Node, Go and strong Comp Sci fundamentals that would work. VP level role, up to 225+ on the base + bonus for the right skills.
