As part of Nordeus Early Talent efforts, the Trainee program offers you the opportunity to explore roles in the gaming industry while you're fully supported by the dedicated mentor in a collaborative environment.
How is a Trainee Program different from an internship?
The Trainee Program spans 6 months and takes you on a journey through different teams and functions within specific tracks. We believe in giving you the opportunity to explore careers the gaming industry offers, before you decide where your passion lies.
What kind of experience do I need?
Previous work experience is not needed. We advise you to have up to 1 year of experience at the time of applying for the Trainee position, as we want to jumpstart your career in the gaming industry.
Is this a full-time Trainee Program?
Yes, this is a full-time position. We will provide flexibility when it comes to faculty obligations, such as during the exam period.
Want to work on developing engaging gaming experiences for millions of our players worldwide? As a Full Stack Trainee you will get a chance to rotate through backend development, client development, and quality assurance (QA). You'll gain hands-on experience with the full development lifecycle, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to building engaging gaming experiences for our players.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
* Good understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, patterns, algorithms, and data structures
* B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; final years of studies or graduates
* Solid coding skills in any OOP language (Java, C#, etc.)
* Genuine passion for games and game making, not just software development
* Fast learner with natural curiosity (T-shaped mindset)
* Capacity to dream big and execute with pragmatism
* Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical peers
* Proficiency in English
* Team player
* You're in the last years of studies
* You have up to one year of experience, preferably internship
* A passion for gaming and technology

* Projects in Unity Engine
* Game-related extracurricular projects
* Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., GIT)
