Treatment is provided in the context of a clinical team, supervised by the staff psychiatrist.STATUS: Full Time DEPARTMENT: Chemical DependencySCHEDULE: Monday - Friday / Days and EveningsLOCATION: Rochester Mental Health Center - 490 East Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14621ATTRIBUTESAssociates, Bachelors, or Master's Degree in Human service field required.CASAC-T requiredCompletion of a clinical internship in chemical dependency or at least one (1) year of work experience in chemical dependencyCompassionate, understanding and thoughtfulExtremely organized with an attention to detailRESPONSIBILITIES Assessment. Provide initial and ongoing assessment for clients in order to determine diagnosis and appropriate level of careCounseling. Provide individual, family and group counseling, which engages and motivates clients throughout treatmentPlanning. Develop treatment plans that are individualized and culturally sensitiveEducation & Communication.
