ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide support to our leadership team. This is an excellent entry-level job with many advancement opportunities in administrations, management, and HR.

The ideal candidate for this role should be highlyorganized, reliable, possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Prior administrative experience is recommended but not required. This will primarily be a remote position with some on-site work as needed so candidates must live in the Miama, FL area; personal transportation is also required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an organized, positive, and personable candidate to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate would need to adjust to a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Duties

  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, hotel, and restaurant reservations
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year of experienced preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

Standard starting compensation is commensurate with experience. Yearly reviews are conducted based on tenure and performance. All employees are eligible to opt for our MEC medical plan after only 30-days of employment. All other benefits are after 90 days. Benefits options and plans vary by location.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
