By joining Legacy, you will become apart of our team and will work in an environment where we cultivate thriving communities where mutual respect and collaborative spirit are the cornerstones of every interaction.All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.The Main function of the Full Time Administrative Assistant position is to assist the Community Manager with the day to day functions of the mobile home community.In this role you will:Collect and Distribute mail.Answer phone calls and direct calls as needed.Maintain resident files. Ensure they are kept current and confidential.Manage all leases, including lease reminder letters.Develop and Maintain Community Relationships.Creates monthly newsletters.File audits as needed.Maintain all titles in title book and sends titles to Auditor when a new homeowner purchases a home.Maintains outer appearance of office space.Cleans office, restroom, and laundry space.Work with other Legacy staff both on site and ensure teamwork and effective communication.Perform all other duties as assigned.Core CompetenciesCommunication: Ability to write and speak clearly and conciselyEnergetic: Ability to work with a sense of urgency and understand the importance of timely completion of projects and follow throughDetail Oriented: Ability to understand the details of a project and the importance of details and accuracy in completing tasksProblem Solving Skills: Ability to find a solution for and to deal proactively with work-related problemsDecision Making: Ability to use good business judgement in making critical decisionsOrganized: Possessing the trait of following a systematic method of performing a task and maintaining an accurate record of the steps and documents involvedTime Management: Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given timelines and work with a sense of urgencySelf-Motivated: Ability to be internally inspired to perform a task using one's own drive and initiativeHonesty, Integrity and Reliable: Ability to be truthful, credible and dependable in the workplace. Do what you say.Motivation: Ability to inspire others to reach a goal and to perform to the best of their ability.Role Qualifications / Skills/ AbilitiesHigh School Diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years of Administrative Experience preferred.Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams).Work EnvironmentThis position will work primarily in the mobile home community office with a work schedule of 40 hours per week.
