-Associates degree or higher preferred
-Three years' experience supporting an Executive.
(Education level) plus X years of relevant experience. (Higher level) degree a plus (or preferred).
OR
Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

-Ability to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership and field personnel.
-Maintain strict confidentiality
-Ability to prioritize work
-Attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent research and problem-solving skills
-Knowledge of office management procedures
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
