Compensation and Shifts:

• Full-time and PRN positions available, with both day and night shifts.
• Hourly rate range: $28.75 - $36.85 / hour, based on experience and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead patient assessments and develop tailored care plans while addressing individual patient concerns.
• Form meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their specific needs for effective recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless and coordinated care.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on complex patient needs.

Qualifications:

• Active RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Preferred: One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
