Your Role as Assistant Store Manager: As a key member of our leadership team, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to:
- Drive sales and achieve production goals
- Mentor and develop our talented staff
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting store environment
- Implement effective loss prevention strategies
- Contribute to budget management and financial performance
- Represent The Salvation Army positively in the community

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus!)
- 2+ years of retail experience (thrift store experience appreciated)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills in English
- Tech-savvy with POS systems and basic computer programs
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Leadership Opportunities:

Physical Aspects of the Role:
- Active position involving standing, walking, and occasional lifting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally

- Occasional travel to other locations for work or training
