About the Role. As Beauty Lead Advisor, you will drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohls standards and ensure an excellent overall client experience. What Youll Do. Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including the opportunity to upsell products.
