THIS POSITION INCLUDES HEALTH AND PRESCRIPTION BENEFITS, DENTAL AND VISION COVERAGE AS WELL AS PAID SICK AND PERSONAL TIME. IT IS A 12-MONTH, YEAR ROUND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AND OFFERS VACATION TIME AFTER THE FIRST YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Possesses high school diploma or equivalent training/experience 2. Ability to use a computer to initiate and complete work orders 3. Prior demonstrated knowledge of successful cleaning techniques 4. Ability to communicate effectively in English 5. Ability to supply accurate information to maintain an inventory recording system 6. Abiity to read and understand instructions 7. Must have reliable transportation to travel between locations 8. Satisfactory health status 9.
