Activa Home Health is a Medicare Certified and Accredited Home Health Agency, that is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative holds a front office position and directs incoming telephone calls from internal staff, external staff, patients / families and referral sources. This position also greets and directs all visitors appropriately. Other responsibilities may include: Assemble admission packets Assisting HR Ordering office supplies Scanning Caregiver mobile training Provide clerical support to Administrator and other management staff Produce computer reports.
