Full-Time Director of Children and Youth
: Job Details :

Working closely with the Christian Formation Ministry, responsibilities include:

Conducting background checks

Curriculum development and programming

Planning and publicizing Christian Formation and Youth events

Communicating effectively with youth using personal contact, social media, and other forms of communication to engage Youth and Young Adults in the congregation

Leading, facilitating, and attending middle school and high school programs

The DCY is an energetic person of integrity, Christian faith, and character who models the Christian lifestyle and encourages participation in the church. The Director of Children and Youth shall collaborate closely with the Pastor/Head of Staff to ensure adequate time for the vital aspects of a healthy, balanced life.
