Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a Full-Time RN Supervisor for the 3pm-11pm shift.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Assists in planning, organizing, directing, supervising and evaluating all nursing services provided in the facility to achieve desired clinical and financial outcomes.
Assist in ensuring that facility is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Assists to ensure physicians make visits as required
Assists in ensuring necessary equipment, supplies, and staffing are available for the delivery of the prescribed resident/patient care.
Completes rounds of the facility at least daily to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
Coordinates the care of residents on assigned shift. Communicates shifts concerns by unit to appropriate staff (via e-mails, voice mail, etc.).
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care setting.
Licensed in NYS as a registered nurse.
Ability to supervise and discipline staff and ensure that high standards of care are maintained as necessary.
