And because of our ability to produce your parts from start to finish, we offer all the advantages of reduced inventories, shorter cycle times, one-point invoicing, and reduced scrap.Come Join Our Team if You Are:Dedicated to QualityTeam PlayerResilientEthicalSummary of Duties:Keeps working areas, offices, and restrooms in all areas of the plant in a clean and orderly condition according to the Janitorial Checklist, which is broken down by daily, weekly, and monthly tasks; and by performing the duties listed below.What You'll Do:Assists in maintaining cleaning and paper supply closet inventory.Maintains the outside and front of the building for trash and washes debris off the sidewalks.Waters the flowers and shrubs around the GF&P, Inc. front office, sign, and flagpoles.Stocks the restrooms in the plant for supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and air fresh refills.Cleans grit, dust, oil, and grease from machines, overhead pipes, floors, offices, and canteens in the plant.Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, stairways, lockers, and any other work areas.Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills.Empties wastebaskets, trash cans, and cleans ashtrays, transports trash and waste to the disposal area.Replaces light bulbs.May be required to fill Hodges part-time janitorial position if needed.Perform other duties as assigned by GF&P, LLC plant management.Additional Duties Include:Ability to listen to and carry out instructions from Human Resources Manager and plant management. Must be able to work well with little or no supervision and exercise reasonable judgment independently. Always maintain a courteous and friendly attitude. Must be able to lift to 60 lbs. with the help of another person.
