At this time, a vacancy exists for a Full Time Food Service worker within the Norristown Area School District. This position will be located at Eisenhower Science and Technology Leadership Academy.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food service experience preferred
- Valid clearances - FBI Fingerprints, Child Abuse & PA Criminal Background Clearances
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve students according to meal counting and claiming procedures
- Learn and understand basic regulations and specifications of the National School Lunch program
- Perform routine tasks in food preparation as directed
- Learn basic food safety and sanitation procedures
Schedule and Rate:Monday- Friday7:00AM-2PM (7hrs)$17.29/ hour
