This role is specifically reserved for candidates who are a part of our J1 trainee outreach, recruitment, and placement program at IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Responsible for working across several areas of our Hotel or Resort Rooms Operations team while providing an excellent guest experience in an attentive, courteous, and efficient way. Detailed training and experience plans will be developed in accordance with the J1 Visa program requirements and may include aspects such as front desk operations, guest services, spa (where applicable), housekeeping operations, and more.
