You will help grow sales through creating and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction. Primary job responsibilities are to make and receive inbound and outbound calls to build strong customer relationships. You will identify opportunities within an assigned customer base and present solutions virtually by upselling and cross-selling solutions. Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business is essential to this role.
This role will act as a layer between marketing and sales for all product lines. Responsible for building relationships through marketing activity - inbound inquiries, trade shows, referrals and outbound cold calling. The goal of a General Sales Support is to take a prospective lead, generate interest to customer, qualify the lead using the budget, authority, need, timeframe approach. Additionally, maintaining and updating customer information in SalesForce.com and fulfilling customer request for product information

Philips Transparency Details
The hourly pay range for this position is $24 to $28.00, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
