We are looking for a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a position in the Home Health Care setting. This position offers a lot of flexibility, as the nurse schedules directly with their own patients, therefore you get to decide when you start and end your day to a large degree, and you can schedule your patients around your own life appointments and events. The nurse will be making visits to the homes of patients with subacute med/surg diagnoses. We will consider Licensed Practical Nurses who have at least 1 year of experience with adult or geriatric medical/surgical patients such as in the SNF, rehabilitation, hospital, Home Health, or Hospice settings.
