Looking to hire a full-time, live-out housekeeper for a high-end home in Miami Beach, FL. Household consists of a couple and their family dog (Goldendoodle), there is also a full-time houseman. The home is 9k sq ft and the schedule is Monday to Friday, 8/9am to 4/5pm with weekends off. Family is seeking someone who is experienced, honest, knowledgeable in caring for all aspects of the home, with a high level of professionalism.Job Duties:Making of beds, dusting, mopping, vacuumingGeneral upkeep and daily cleaning of all areas within the homeFloor-care and proper knowledge for care of all surfaces (selection of the proper cleaning products)Clearing out and cleaning the bathroom (Removing the trash, wiping down counters and mirrors, refreshing towels)Care for crystal & fine ChinaCare for silverLaundry & IroningInventory & RestockingOrganization of closets and cupboardsPet-care (feed dog)All other housekeeper duties as neededJob Requirements:Previous housekeeper experience minimum five yearsProfessional, friendly but not intrusiveKnowledgeable in all area of housekeepingGood driving requiredCompensation: $30 to $33 per hour.
