ServiceMaster Clean is an essential service provider under health department and government guidelines and remains open to provide healthier and safer environments for our customers and communities. We are actively seeking, selecting, and securing talent for our Albuquerque ServiceMaster Clean branch. Professionally clean assigned client buildings using unique cleaning procedures and products. Performs cleaning in conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness. Interacts with customers to ensure the best service possible. Job Responsibilities** Prepares cleaning products for the day. Performs routine maintenance on equipment (vacuum and cart) to ensure optimal performance. Uses cleaning products and procedures to clean effectively and efficiently. Sweeps and vacuums then washes all hard surface floors. Cleans and dusts cobwebs, including all hanging light fixtures, baseboards and windowsills per scope of work. Performs customer service and quality control. Resolves customer issues before leaving customer site. Job Requirements** Ability to communicate with the with members of management and customers Ability to understand and follow directions Ability to differentiate between variously colored cleaning products by identifying the color or product name and/or ability to differentiate products by reading the labels.
