This is a full-time position or can be combined with other duties and positions depending on certifications in ELIS. Heritage High School is seeking applicants to replace a retiring veteran Industrial Technology Teacher and the program has had a robust history and the equipment, tools, hardware, work shop, and CAD computer lab are incredible for a smaller high school. This position may be combined or adjusted given the curricular background and skills of the applicant along with ELIS certifications. AutoCAD program has been taught for years in the CAD lab and there is an emphasis on hands-on learning with tools, power equipment, woodwork, welding, building design including the design, building, and sale to the public of sheds and of our current HS baseball field concessions/announcer's structure. Students have worked with the latest 3D printing equipment and grant funding has been robust for the Industrial Technology programs.
