ServiceMaster Cleaning Specialists is currently accepting applications for a full-time flex shift as our Janitorial Operations Supervisor. This position entails working between 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday. The janitorial team works together to provide superiorcleaning services to local businesses. The ideal candidate will be positive, trustworthy, and have great attention to detail. Job Tasks:
- Building relationships with the employees of the buildings we maintain
- Creating schedules for our janitorial professionals
- Training new hires as they are brought on to the team
- Performing interviews to ensure our team stays full and complete
- Performing regular inspections on our janitorial locations
- Filling in for employees as needed
- Working days and evenings as needed
Requirements:
- All applicants MUST have a valid driver's license and be able to drive independently
- All applicants must be willing to drive to Fairmont daily to meet crew and disperse to job routes from main office
- All applicants must be able to maintain a professional appearance (correct working uniform) at all times
- All applicants are subject to a background test and may be subject to drug testing at employer's discretion
