- This role is responsible for completing tasks delegated to them from the daily kitchen checklist and making sure each task is complete. The kitchen teammate is responsible for preparing food according to safe food preparation guidelines.
- This role is responsible for completing assigned cleaning tasks in the kitchen and in the salesfloor hot food displays, all while maintaining a consistent positive presence for the guest.
Guest Security/Food Safety/Cleanliness
- This role is responsible for protecting guest information. Rewards, payment, and identification information are included in items that should remain secure.
- The kitchen teammate is responsible for following all security protocols for guest/team safety.
- This role is responsible for following all food safety guidelines. This role is also responsible for following all cleaning protocols to ensure a safe food preparation environment.
Positive Interaction & Proactive Communication with Staff & Guests
- The Kitchen Teammate is responsible for positive communication with the team that maintains a supportive working environment.
- This role is responsible for helping to foster culture in the store that services the guest above and beyond their expectations. The Kitchen Teammate will make every effort to resolve any issues that the customer may encounter.
- This role is also responsible for maintaining consistent attendance. Advanced communication with their supervisor will be essential if they need to be absent from work during their scheduled time for reasons that are unavoidable.
