Acting as a liaison between team members and leadership, this role ensures all event spaces are impeccably set, maintained, and torn down efficiently. The House Attendant Lead helps deliver extraordinary experiences for guests and clients.Responsibilities:* Guide and support team members in maintaining cleanliness and setup standards, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellence.* Oversee the proper and timely setup, maintenance, and breakdown of all Banquet Event Order (BEO) functions.* Ensure compliance with cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols throughout all event spaces.* Work closely with Banquet leadership to address challenges and optimize team performance.* Maintain banquet storerooms in an organized manner and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.* Ensure team members are aware of safety procedures, including fire exits and extinguisher locations, and promptly report any hazards.* Complete and assign additional responsibilities or special projects as directed by leadership.Why Choose Pyramid Global Hospitality?Joining Pyramid Global Hospitality means being part of a dynamic organization that prioritizes people, innovation, and excellence.
