We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse - Direct Access at our Albany location. Join us in making a difference in patient care!

The Licensed Practical Nurse - Direct Access will have the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing interviews to determine medical eligibility for screening colonoscopy/endoscopy, collecting medical and family histories, reviewing preps, and scheduling procedures or office visits.
• Oversee the patient experience during the Capsule Endoscopy procedure, including obtaining and reviewing patient medical history, providing preparation instructions, and managing the placement and removal of Capsule Endoscopy equipment.
• Ensure high-quality patient care in an office setting, focusing on providing a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Current NYS LPN license.
• A minimum of one year experience in a clinical setting.
• Intermediate level computer skills.
• Proficient knowledge and skills to provide appropriate care to patients of all ages.
