The ideal Maintenance Team Member demonstrates the ability to work with limited supervision, have the ability to lift 50 pounds, works well with other team members, follows management direction. They work with a sense of urgency and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and are dependable and driven. A High School diploma (or equivalent) and previous maintenance experience is preferred. The Maintenance Persons responsibilities may include, but are not limited to - - Filtering oil fryers daily - Maintaining outside grounds - Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms - Unload delivery truck 2 times a week - Take out and empty trash compactor - Change light bulbs - Clean HVAC/ Exhaust units and roof of debris....Maintenance, Restaurant, Property Management
