We pride ourselves on being a supportive and enjoyable workplace, consistently recognized for our positive culture.What You'll Do:As a Maintenance Technician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Performing general maintenance and repairs on rental properties, including but not limited to lighting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.Maintaining exterior common areas and grounds, ensuring they are clean and safe.Advising management on property conditions and potential hazards.Providing excellent customer service to property managers and guests, addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.Overseeing work performed by subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance.Identifying and mitigating safety hazards before initiating work.Efficiently managing work orders using our maintenance software to track progress and materials.Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner, striving for high efficiency and quality.Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you should possess:Proficiency in HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work is highly desirable.Valid driver's license; we provide a company vehicle to utilize while at work.Ability to work independently with limited supervision, following verbal instructions and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain professional in challenging situations.Excellent time management and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Ability to use technology and applications to input and oversee work orders.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.Capability to walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, with exposure to various weather conditions.Comfortable using ladders for tasks requiring height access.How to Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their resume and cover letter.
