Qualifications: 1. Plumbing & HVAC experience preferred.

2. Must have other skills, with overall knowledge of other trades: Electrical, carpentry, masonry, mechanical, painting, and kitchen equipment.

3. Must be able to operate equipment such as trucks, plow, lawn mowers, and skid steer.

4. Black Seal certification preferred.

5. High school diploma or technical school certificate required.

6. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

7. Computer literacy is preferred.

8. Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship, legal resident alien status, or authorization to work in the U.S.
