  • We are hiring immediately for a FULL TIME MANAGER C-STORE position.
  • Address: Texas State University-700 Moore Street Bldg 30 San Marcos TX Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: 5pm-1am Mon-Wed, 3p-11pm Thur
  • Requirement: Food service manager or supervisor required, Chick-fil-a experience preferred
  • Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $25.00

Job Summary

Summary: Oversees and performs all duties required to operate the C-Store successfully during daily operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reconciles daily receipts against daily cash report; notes any variations to manager with explanation details.
  • Orders and receives products needed for daily operations and cost-of-sale items.
  • Reports invoice variations to vendor; makes notes for retail director on the actual invoice.
  • Takes, verifies and signs off on weekly inventory.
  • Manages overall sanitation in all areas.
  • Conducts daily audits cash boxes of movie tickets and stamps.
  • Records machine totals, shortages, overages and kind of value of coins and currency removed from circulation.
  • Verifies totals against deposit slips or other documents; prepares coins and currency for shipment.
  • Ensures proper controls (e.g., signature requirements, monitors timely return of funds, key control) in accordance with company and branch guidelines.
  • Maintains clean and safe work environment; performs job safely.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
