Provide support to staff members regarding their overall wellness, including, suicide risk assessments, and referral, and other community supports. KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Education: Master's Degree in Social Work required. Minimum 3-5 years' experience working in the education or mental health field. License(s) Required: PA Social Worker License Skills Required: Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel, Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectuate training to appropriate stakeholder groups. Familiarity with social systems which aids staff in need of extra supports. Other Requirements: Experience in trauma-informed approaches and systems of care. Other Qualifications: Must be a US Citizen. Must have and maintain a valid PA driver's license.
