We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Lead to join our team. As a Merchandiser Lead, you will be responsible for weekend staffing to ensure that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner in retail stores.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Recruitment and management of weekend help

Ensure that products are properly stocked and rotated on shelves by overseeing weekend crew

Serve/support internal and external customers.

Work directly with customers to ensure Plan-O-Gram, Backroom, and Merchandising Standards management is achieved.

Manage daily and weekly merchandising schedule.

Participate in team calls and meetings.

Complete required training and safety sessions.

Manage/utilize organization and selling tools through smartphone.

Maintain close communication with Sales Manager and Customer Sales Representative.

Requirements:

Proven customer support experience with knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Strong communication skills

Conflict resolution

Microsoft Outlook skills (Email and Calendar)

Multi-tasking and time management skills

High school degree

Documented and verifiable references/work history

Negative Drug/Alcohol screening results

Good driving record and the ability to obtain a class E driver's license

Must be able to work weekends
