We are in search of a wonderful Nanny to add to our small but mighty team! This new role will coordinate with the current Nanny and household staff to provide 7 days/week care for the Principals 18-month-old daughter and family dog. We hope this person will remain with the family longterm!
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is kind, patient, fun-loving, and highly engaging with children. They will possess extensive long-term experience working with infants and toddlers.
Important traits include:
- Strong, open communication style.
- A hunger to stay up-to-date on child development to incorporate best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Tech Savvy
- Spanish speaking is a big plus!
Requirements
Candidate must have clear background checks and driving record and will be required to become Trustline Certified.
This role requires a dependable, active candidate who enjoys a high-paced, ever-evolving agenda.
The family travels domestically and internationally, so candidates must be open and flexible to travel and possess a current passport.
Candidates should own their own vehicle and feel comfortable driving Principals vehicles.
Must be comfortable with dogs.
Must have a flexible schedule, including some weekend and nighttime availability.
Responsibilities
- Feeding, bathing, and bedtime as needed.
- Reinforcing potty training.
- Engaging play including music, reading, building, and problem solving.
- Researching enriching activities and outings.
- Conducting Montessori drop off and pick up.
- Light housekeeping, including dishes, laundry, and tidying the childs spaces.
- Helping with the family dogs potty breaks and meal times.
- Preparation and packing for travel.
