- Childcare: Provide attentive and nurturing care to three children, ages 1, 2.5, and 5 years old, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a team of nannies, ensuring coordinated care and communication to meet the children's needs effectively.
- Daily Routine Management: Organize and manage daily schedules, including meal times, naps, educational activities, and playtime.
- Travel: Accompany the family to their summer home in Watch Hill, RI, and other potential travel destinations, ensuring a smooth transition for the children and maintaining consistent care routines.
- Educational Support: Engage in age-appropriate educational activities and support the children's developmental milestones.
- Household Support: Assist with light household duties related to the children, including laundry, meal preparation, and keeping play areas tidy.
- Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with the parents and other household staff to ensure consistent and quality care.
- Flexibility: Adapt to the varying needs of the family, including potential schedule changes and additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a nanny/babysitter
- Education: Completed bachelor's degree
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certified; additional childcare certifications are a plus.
- Personality: Warm, nurturing, and proactive with a passion for working with young children.
