If you want to experience a fresh perspective on senior living, join us today!You will enjoy:* $0 employee cost share for medical insurance* Dental and Vision Insurance* Now offering DailyPay!* $1,000 retention bonus if you meet the availability/hours requirement ($500 paid at 6 months of employment and $500 paid at 1 year of employment).* An employee appreciation bonus, which is funded by our residents* Life insurance* Long-term disability insurance* 403 (b) retirement plan with employer match* Tuition reimbursement program* PTO and paid holidays* Pet insurance* AFLAC* Monthly Employee Engagement Activities* An extraordinary work environment that is both engaging and fun!Who you are:- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant Certification- Current First Aid / CPR certification- Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience desirable- Long Term Care experience preferredJob Summary:The Certified Nursing Assistant shall provide direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment for all residents, with emphasis on activities of daily living and restoration of a higher level of function.Essential Job Duties:- Assists residents in the activities of daily living including, but not limited to ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, personal hygiene, and activities- Promptly reports changes and any unusual occurrences regarding residents to Licensed Nurse- Participates in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures- Participates in care planning conferences on assigned residents as requested- Assist in transporting residents to and from activities and programs.- Accurately documents required data in a timely manner using appropriate forms.- Responds to each resident's call light promptly.- Follows established performance standards and performs duties according to facility policies and procedures.- Identifies safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates appropriate action immediatelySchedule:Full Time, 11:00 pm - 7:00 amRate of Pay :$23.00 - $25.00 per hourAdditional pay differentials of $1.25 per hour for the PM shift and $1.50 per hour for the NOC shiftAll Employees must be able to pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) as required by a licensed residential care facility.
