Competitive Pay and Benefits!We pay a starting wage of $17.50/hour for full-time Paratransit Attendants..Paratransit Attendants are responsible for the safe and professional transport of adult ambulatory individuals to and from physician offices, procedural appointments, outpatient centers or offices, and similar transportation requests within Lancaster County.Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, be flexible and self-motivated, utilize downtime efficiently, and provide a high quality experience in line with the Lancaster EMS mission and values.To be considered, applicants must be over the age of 21, have a high school diploma or G.E.D., possess a valid PA driver's license, a clean driving record, and complete all applicable background clearances. 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
