Location: Manchester,CT, USA
Overview:
We are looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying position in Home Health Care. This position offers 5 weeks paid time off that can be used however you want, and the ability to craft your own schedule. Home Health is very flexible in that the nurse schedules directly with their own patients, therefore you get to decide when you start and end your day to a large degree, and you can schedule your patients around your own life appointments and events. Additionally, the RN can generally get their 30 visits a week done in about 30 hours and get paid your full salary of 40 hours for just 30 hours of work. Or the Registered Nurse can work extra visits and make quite a lot extra, but still only work 40 hours. For example, if an RN did 30 visits in 30 hours, and then did 10 extra visits at $50 per visit, they would make their full salary plus $26,000 extra on top of that (10 visits x $50 x 52 weeks). And any extra Start of Care visits are paid at $110 per visit. So there is lots of potential to make a lot of income working with our company in home health.
The Registered Nurse must have at least one year of recent experience with subacute or wound care patients such as Rehab, Hospital, Home Health, or Hospice experience. The field Registered Nurse position in home health care is called an RN Case Manager, as you will be managing the cases of your home health patients. This Home Health RN Case Manager position is with a homecare company that has been in business many years, so they offer stability and job security. All interested Registered Nurse candidates please answer the questions at the bottom.

2. What days and times could you do a quick phone interview (within the next 24-48 hours)?
3. What days and times could you do an in-person interview at the main office located in Wallingford (You would be working out of a small territory around the town you applied to and would not need to go to the main office regularly)?
4. This position requires the occasional after hours admissions visits and you will be paid extra for these. Are you going to be okay with that?
5. This is not shift work, but is seeing 3-7 pt./day in their homes or senior living facilities. Traveling is part of your salary plus you will get additional pay for mileage, but I want to make sure that you are fine with traveling as that is an integral part of home health?
6. Home Health is paid for by Medicare, and Medicare requires nurses to fill out a document called OASIS when starting any patient on services.
