Responsibilities
Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targetsProvide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or issuesTrain and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer serviceMonitor inventory levels and assist in merchandise restockingImplement sales strategies to drive revenue growthOversee shift management and ensure smooth store operationsExperience
Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store or wireless sales settingProficiency in retail math and pricing strategiesDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a teamStrong organizational skills with excellent time management abilitiesMultilingual abilities are a plusExperience in recruiting and training new team membersJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
