SUMMARY

The primary therapist, senior, provides mental health diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and mental health therapies for persons with mental illness/substance abuse. Treatment is provided in the context of a clinical team, supervised by the staff psychiatrist. Provide superior customer service.

DEPARTMENT: Behavioral Health

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, Days

ATTRIBUTES

• Masters Degree in Human Services field required
• Two years of mental health experience preferred
• LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, or LMFT required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Patient Evaluation & Development. Provide initial and ongoing assessment, counseling and clinical intervention to a designated caseload; participate in and incorporate professional supervision and ongoing education toward quality care
• Patient Care. Provide individual, group and family psychotherapy; participate in the coordination and delivery of patient care; communicate with relevant internal and external care providers
• Documentation. Complete all required documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
