Job DescriptionOur organization is seeking an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher who will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students with a variety of learning needs in a self-contained classroom. The proper candidate is someone who can work closely with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to create personalized learning experiences that address each student's unique abilities and challenges. This role also involves attending school district-provided professional development sessions to stay updated on best practices and enhance teaching strategies.Position Highlights:
- Craft Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and professionals to create a supportive environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and updates on student progress and adjustments needed.

RequirementsValid Illinois teaching certification in Special Education. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
