- Drive sales through exceptional client experiences utilizing company tools and understanding market trends.
- Consistently maintain strong product knowledge and KPI awareness.
- Build relationships with clients from greeting through post-sale contact.
- Provide clients with personalized styling expertise to create meaningful, memorable moments.
- Encourage and participate in team selling while taking ownership of the sales floor to ensure client experience is top priority.
- Maintain up-to-date client information via personalized communication regarding requests and product feedback.
- Learn and master the Lilly Pulitzer brand framework and maintain high-level of product knowledge.
- Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.
Education and Certifications, Experience and Skills, and Competencies - Qualifications for the Position
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.

- This position is classified as a part-time OR full-time hourly, non-exempt position. You will be expected to work, on average, a 40-hour week.
- This position is eligible for overtime and standard company benefits.
- This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.
- Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This position will adhere to the Company Retail Holiday time off policy.
- This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.
- This position requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
