When not filling assignments, the substitute CNA will assist in office operations, which may include recruiting, staffing, answering phones and/or filing paperwork. The substitute CNA will also assist in training new PCAs/CNAs for new assignments. Candidates must be motivated and compassionate, self starters with strong communication skills.When filling in as a home care aide, you will provide essential services to help seniors and people with disabilities live independently in their own homes.
